This stunning renovation and extension project added a much needed face lift to the tired existing house, completed by Nest Bespoke Homes in 2016. 

The scope of works included the demolition of the existing carport and veranda in order to rebuild a bigger carport and an extension to the front part of the home. The renovation also included a complete restructure and update to the Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, the Main Bathroom and the Back Deck. 

The renovation to this home has changed the look and feel dramatically. The exterior of the home now has a modern Hampton's aesthetic, which is very warm and inviting. The pale paint palette that is featured throughout the exterior and interior makes the home feel open and bright - a massive improvement on the original house.
