From 2018 onwards, the Nest Team worked tirelessly to create this two-story masterpiece.
Building from scratch to its final product, one of this home’s main qualities is its spacious layout and clean finishes. With three-and-a-half bathrooms, five bedrooms, a double garage and pool, this is a home tailored to the owner’s personalised “nest”.
The build features calibre additions which include CSR cemental territory cladding and urban line architectural timber wall to express its earthy feel. Skylights were added to showcase the home’s timber elements with natural sunlight, whilst the split-level design of the home exhibits its multifaceted layers. To manage the obstacle of flood overlay, our Nest builders successfully bridged multiple sewers and stormwater lines over the property with sustainable footings to achieve a safe and secure build.
