Introducing Josh, our Site Supervisor at Nest Bespoke Homes. With 20 years of carpentry experience under his belt, specialising in both renovations and new builds, Josh brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to every project. For the past year, he’s seamlessly transitioned into a supervisory role, overseeing the critical logistics of each job.

His love for working with timber began at a young age, starting with woodworking in high school and spending weekends on site with his dad. When he’s not orchestrating builds, Josh enjoys surfing and playing golf. Family time is paramount to Josh. He & his wife enjoy taking their boys camping and fishing on holidays.

For Josh, the most rewarding part of his job is the moment of handing over the keys to clients at completion. He specialises in getting the best results out of his team while keeping a positive, fun atmosphere. This leadership approach, honed over years as a carpenter, translates perfectly to supervising on a larger scale with multiple trades.

His favourite stage of a build? “When the roof goes on and the rain stays away!” Josh values being part of a strong, small team, which makes doing what he loves – building – even more enjoyable and efficient.
